• Prices for more than 7 nights available on request.
• Cleaning costs 1-2 people € 45; 3-6 people € 65. You will be charged for electricity costs exceeding average daily consumption (10 kWh per day). During the period 1 October to 1 May heating will be charged at actual cost.
• During the period 1 November to 1 April, except during Dutch school holidays and national holidays, we grant a 10% discount on the basic rent. Holidays and national holidays are as indicated in the roster of the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. • For overnight visitors we charge € 35 per person per night. Overnight visitors must be reported in advance. This does not apply if the house has been rented at the maximum occupancy tariff as a ‘lump sum’ to cover any overnight visitors. The main tenant(s) must stay in the house for the entire rental period. Subletting is not allowed. A maximum of 6 people may spend the night in the house at the same time, unless otherwise agreed. Towels and bed linen will be supplied for a maximum of 6 people per rental period, unless otherwise agreed.
